Payment and Pricing

All prices are up-to-date and subject to change. Individual and current total expense is displayed at check-out including any additional shipping fees and taxes.

We offer the following payment methods:

Nets Easy - With Nets Easy, you can choose to pay by card, Klarna, Apple pay, Trustly, MobilePay, invoice or instalments.

Swish –Make a payment quick and easy with Swish (Boardwalk/Lund surfs AB). We collect and ship your order as soon as your payment has been registered.

PayPal –Make payments comfortable and safe with your PayPal-account or credit card.

Terms and conditions for different payment methods are also specified at check-out.

Guarantee of Prices

At Boardwalk we offer a price guarantee on all of our products.
This means that we will match the price if you find the same product cheaper anywhere else.
We want our clients to feel that they always get the best product for the best price at Boardwalk. Our price guarantee is applicable up to 14 days after your purchase.

The price guarantee is only applicable if the product is identical to the one in our store and can be bought with the same conditions.
The product has to be demonstrated to us and be available for purchase in, for example, an online store.
The product needs to be available for purchase in Sweden or available for shipment to Sweden.
The price guarantee is applicable on the total price, taxes, administrative expenses and delivery costs included.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

Sweden
Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK.*
Orders under 1000 SEK are charged a shipping fee of 79 SEK.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days to the nearest pick-up point.
(Delivery to some smaller locations may take longer.)

Norway
Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK excl. VAT.*
Orders under 2000 SEK excl. VAT are charged a shipping fee of 249 SEK excl. VAT.

Denmark
Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK.*
Orders under 2000 SEK are charged a shipping fee of 179 SEK.

EU
Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK.
Orders under 2000 SEK are charged a shipping fee of 199 SEK.*

Europe (outside the EU)
Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK excl. VAT.*
Orders under 2000 SEK are charged a shipping fee of 249 SEK excl. VAT.

* Free shipping does not apply to bulky items exceeding a maximum length of 150 cm plus a total circumference of 300 cm, such as surfboards.

Delivery time outside Sweden:
2–7 business days to the nearest pick-up point.

If an item has a deviating delivery time, this is stated on the product page.
In the event of a delivery delay caused by us, you will be notified by email and have the right to cancel the purchase.
We disclaim responsibility for delivery delays caused by suppliers or carriers.

Customs duties and import fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU. Please check what applies to your specific country.

Uncollected parcels
For uncollected parcels, the customer will be charged for both shipping and return shipping, as well as an administrative fee of 100 SEK (outside Sweden: 250 SEK).

Returns

Always use our digital return form for returns, to the form.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense, except in cases of defective items or packing errors on our part.

Return label (99 SEK)

For orders within Sweden, a pre-printed return label is included in the parcel.

The return label does not apply to:
international orders
bulky items (e.g. surfboards)

Please note that return shipping is always paid by the customer.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

International orders & bulky items

You are responsible for the return shipping and for ensuring that the shipment is delivered directly to our address.
We do not collect returns sent to pick-up points.

Exchanges

Always use our digital return form for exchanges, to the form.

For exchanges, the customer pays the return shipping.
We cover the shipping cost for sending the new item from us to you.

Does not apply to:
international orders
bulky items (e.g. surfboards)

Right of withdrawal & open purchase

We comply with the Swedish Distance Selling Act.

14 days right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order

30 days exchange right from the order date (the right to exchange is a voluntary service in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal).

Items must be returned well packaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has resulted in a reduction in value, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Skateboard decks

If we apply the grip tape at your request, the skateboard deck is considered a customised product and cannot be returned.

Refunds

When exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date we have received the returned item.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Privacy Policy

When you order from Boardwalk you have to state your personal details. As you place your order you agree to the use of your personal details in order to successfully fulfil our agreement. When placing an order at our website we save the following data: Name, Surname, Address, ZIP code, city, phone number, E-mail, IP-address, Personal identity-/organisational number, tax number, Company name.

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the agreement and in accordance with applicable accounting and consumer protection legislation.

As a client you always have a right, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to request an extract on, a change, or a deletion of this data. Contact info@boardwalk.nu.
