The size chart below is based on average measurements and should be used as a guideline only. Every body is built differently, and fit may vary.
Important:
If your measurements fall between two sizes or if you’re unsure, we strongly recommend choosing the larger size.

Knee Pads
Measure the circumference around your extended knee to find the perfect size:
X-Small: 10 – 12 in (25 – 30 cm)
Small: 12 – 14 in (30 – 35 cm)
Medium: 14 – 16 in (35 – 40 cm)
Large: 15 – 17 in (38 – 43 cm)
X-Large: 17 – 20 in (43 – 51 cm)

Junior (JR): Fits most children ages 4–8, weighing 40–60 lbs
