By purchasing Boardwalk skate obstacles (e.g., Quarter Pipe, Fly Out, Grind Box, Slappy Rail), the buyer agrees to the following:

Use and Safety: Skateboard ramps and obstacles are designed for use by experienced skateboarders and other users who are familiar with safety practices and the risks associated with skateboarding. Use the products with great caution and ensure you wear appropriate protective gear, including a helmet, knee and elbow pads, and wrist guards.

Assembly:
Carefully follow the included assembly instructions to ensure proper and safe installation of the products. Boardwalk is not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from incorrect assembly or installation of the products.

Use at Your Own Risk:
Use of the skateboard obstacles is entirely at your own risk. Boardwalk cannot be held responsible for any injuries to persons or damage to property resulting from the use of the products, including misuse or improper assembly.

Storage:
To extend the lifespan of your Boardwalk skate obstacles, we recommend storing them under cover and in a dry environment. Prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the products and reduce their durability. The optimal storage is in a garage, storage room, or another protected area where the products can avoid direct weather exposure.

Maintenance:
To ensure long-lasting durability and safety, we recommend regular maintenance and inspection of the obstacles. Boardwalk is not responsible for any damage to the product arising from lack of maintenance or improper storage.

Disclaimer for Injuries:
Boardwalk is not responsible for any injuries to skateboarders, users, or third parties that may occur as a result of using our products, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or indirect damages.

Not Suitable for Public Venues:
Our skate obstacles are intended for private use and should not be used in public skate parks or other public spaces unless the product has been approved by local authorities or park owners.
