Sticky Bumps Basecoat — Hard, all-temp base for stronger bump-building

The Basecoat is a universal (all-temp) but firmer wax bar designed to be the first layer before applying temperature-specific waxes. Its harder consistency makes it easier to form durable bumps and provides a stable foundation that extends the life and traction of the softer wax applied on top — especially important in cool and cold conditions. As with other Sticky Bumps products, it carries the classic blueberry scent and an all-natural, biodegradable formula.

How to use

Ensure the board surface is clean and dry before application.
Apply thin, even layers of basecoat across the standing area of the deck.
Apply your temperature-specific wax on top of the basecoat and build bump texture using cross-hatch strokes (bump-building).
Replace basecoat when the base layer wears thin or when switching temperature categories.
