Ocean & Earth Core_X Shortboard 3-Piece Tail Pad
The Ocean & Earth Core_X is a simple, performance-focused 3-piece tail pad designed for shortboards. The combination of a Diamond tread pattern, defined arch and 25 mm Power Kick provides reliable grip and control without an overly complicated design.
Grip and control
The classic Diamond tread pattern provides secure traction between your back foot and the board. The 7 mm arch helps you feel your foot position, while the 25 mm Power Kick provides extra support for your back foot through turns and more powerful surfing.
The Power Kick features a high-density EVA foam wedge for additional control and drive when applying pressure through the back foot.
Waterproof EVA
Ocean & Earth's unique closed-cell EVA formula is UV-stabilised and water-resistant while remaining highly grippy, thin and lightweight.
3M adhesive backing
The tail pad uses a high-grade 3M adhesive developed specifically for EVA to provide strong, long-lasting adhesion to your surfboard.
Ocean & Earth's Base Flex groove at the base of the tail kick helps the pad conform to the board for improved adhesion.
Plastic-free packaging
The Core_X comes in plastic-free packaging, reducing unnecessary plastic material.
